2022 GSM

Our 2022 GSM (Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre) is the classic Châteauneuf-du-Pape Rhône blend. There is a richness to this 2022 vintage that yields aromas of fruit and spice. Its characteristics include notes of cherries, strawberry, and black pepper. As it begins to age a bit, this is a wine that lies on the border between lush, and lusty and silky. One of the great qualities of this blend is that it pairs so well with so many dishes from grilled beef, veal and pork to sausage, lamb and cassoulet.
