Winemaker’s Notes |
||
|
Aromas of honeysuckle, citrus, and a touch of granite minerality from our textured soils. A rich mouth feel captures flavors of apricots and spice. Honey viscosity adds a long finish exaggerated by pairing with artisanal cheeses. Type of aging: 50% stainless steel and 50% in neutral French barrels. 250 cases produced. |
